Derby Celebrated International Women's Day on March 11th in Market Sq. The annual event is organised and hosted by Women's Day Derby. Hundreds of people milled in and out of the various marquis enjoying a programme of on stage entertainment, talks and workshops across the Square (including at the Quad). Deeds Not Words Towards Liberation Project Launch
We were very excited that after around eight months of hard work we finally launched the Project at this year's annual Derby and Derbyshire Inspirational Woman Awards.
