Nancy C Reflects on The WEP

Last year I had the great honour and privilege to attend the very first WEP conference in Manchester.

It was a moment in history that I will never forget.

Women's rights are important we are still not treated equally across the board so it was a proud moment to be among so many women prepared to step up and fight for our rights.

One of my personal favourite moments was when a young lady of just 14 stood up on stage and said why she was there.

These young women are the future of our education system,politics,women's rights to name only a few and the reason I was at the conference was to see how WEP can hopefully change things for women.
