Nancy C Reflects on The WEP

January 1, 2017

Last year I had the great honour and privilege to attend the very first WEP conference in Manchester.

It was a moment in history that I will never forget.

Women's rights are important we are still not treated equally across the board so it was a proud moment to be among so many women prepared to step up and fight for our rights.

One of my personal favourite moments was when a young lady of just 14 stood up on stage and said why she was there.

These young women are the future of our education system, politics, women's rights to name only a few and the reason I was at the conference was to see how WEP can hopefully change things for women.
